- Location: You may only register and use an Account on targat.bet to place Bets when you are physically located in Great Britain. The Operator may use geolocation, IP checks, and other controls to verify location.
- Prohibition on others: Employees of the Operator and certain group entities, and other persons specified by the Operator or Applicable Law, may be restricted from opening an Account or placing Bets.
Creating an Account
- Registration process: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Great Britain, email address, and any other details requested.
- Email and mobile verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or mobile number (for example by clicking a verification link or entering a code) before enabling full Account functionality.
- Single account policy: You may register and hold only one Account on the Website. Multiple Accounts, shared Accounts, or Accounts opened on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
KYC, AML and Source of Funds
- Identity verification: In line with UK Gambling Commission requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) laws, the Operator must verify your identity and age. You may be asked to provide documents such as a passport or ID card, proof of address (e.g. utility bill), and other information.
- Additional checks: The Operator may perform ongoing checks, including enhanced due diligence, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth enquiries, credit or identity reference checks using third-party agencies, and requests for evidence of income or bank statements.
- Account restrictions: Until satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks, the Operator may restrict your ability to deposit, place Bets, or withdraw funds. If you fail to provide required information within a reasonable time, your Account may be suspended or closed and funds may be handled in accordance with Applicable Law.
Account Security and User Obligations
- Accurate information: You must ensure all registration details and any information provided to the Operator remain truthful, current, and complete. You must promptly update your details if they change.
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password, and any other security details confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account unless the Operator has failed to take reasonable security measures.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Where available, you are strongly encouraged to enable optional 2FA to enhance Account security. Failure to use 2FA, where offered, may increase the risk of unauthorised access.
- Unauthorised use: You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your permission, or used in any fraudulent way. The Operator may suspend the Account pending investigation.
- Use of Account: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use the services on behalf of others, for syndicate betting, for arbitrage purposes, or for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Principles
- Rules and game-specific terms: All Bets and participation in Games are subject to these Terms and any game- or product-specific rules, house rules, or paytables displayed on the Website. In the event of conflict, specific game rules take precedence for that Game.
- Randomness and fairness: Outcomes of Games (other than live dealer games based on physical processes) are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The Operator uses technical and organisational controls to promote fairness and complies with UKGC testing standards.
- Time of acceptance: A Bet is only valid when it has been accepted and recorded by the Operator's servers. The Operator's transaction logs are conclusive evidence of the details of all Bets and game outcomes.
Placing Bets and Limits
- Stake limits: Minimum and maximum stakes for each Game or type of Bet are displayed in the game interface or related rules. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time in line with regulatory obligations and risk management policies.
- Affordability and safer gambling: The Operator may impose deposit, loss, or staking limits, or request affordability information, where required by safer gambling and social responsibility obligations. You may also set your own limits via the Website tools.
- Bet confirmation: Once you confirm a Bet and it is accepted by the system, the Bet is final and cannot normally be cancelled or changed by you.
Bet Cancellations, Errors and Malfunctions
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds, paytables, or terms that are clearly incorrect or resulted from an obvious error (including technical or human error), the Operator may void the Bet or settle it at the correct terms, acting reasonably and in accordance with UKGC expectations.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a system failure, game malfunction, or connectivity issue, all Bets and payouts may be rendered void if they were affected by the malfunction, in which case your stake may be refunded to your Real Money Balance where appropriate.
- Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a Game, the outcome will continue to be determined by the game system where applicable, and your balance will be updated according to that outcome. You can usually view the result on reconnection. The Operator is not responsible for failures of your equipment, internet connection, or software.
Live Casino, Chat Conduct and Prohibited Behaviour
- Respectful conduct: When using live casino tables, chat functions, or any interactive features, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff, and other Players. Abusive, racist, sexist, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- No collusion or cheating: You must not collude with other Players, use bots or automated tools, exploit software bugs, multi-account, or use any strategy that the Operator reasonably regards as unfair advantage or "irregular play".
- Fraud and misuse: Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse, identity theft, or money laundering, may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of Bets, confiscation of funds in line with Applicable Law, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses (such as welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, tournaments, and loyalty rewards) to eligible Players on targat.bet. Each Bonus is subject to these Terms and any specific terms displayed in the promotion.
- Opt-in and codes: Some Bonuses require you to opt in or enter a bonus code. Unless otherwise stated, only one welcome offer is available per Player, household, IP address, or device.
- Eligibility checks: The Operator may restrict or withdraw Bonuses from Players who fail eligibility checks, including where there are indicators of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use for purposes inconsistent with social responsibility or AML requirements.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- General wagering: Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wager multiple (for example, 35x bonus amount) and the Games that count towards wagering will be displayed with each promotion.
- Order of play: The Website may, depending on promotion rules, use Real Money before Bonus Funds or vice versa. The relevant rule will be stated in the promotion details.
- Time limits: Bonuses and free spins typically have an expiry period (for example, 7-30 days from credit) within which wagering requirements must be met. If the timeframe expires without completion, Bonus Funds and unredeemed free spins (and any winnings from them that have not been converted) may be forfeited.
Game Contributions, Restrictions and Irregular Play
- Contribution weighting: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while some table games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all). Specific contribution tables are provided in the promotion or bonus policy.
- Prohibited games and patterns: Certain Games or bet types may be excluded while using Bonus Funds (for example, some high-return slots, low-risk roulette bets such as covering most of the table, or simultaneous opposite bets). Use of Bonus Funds on prohibited Games or patterns may be treated as bonus abuse.
- Maximum bet: Bonus play may be subject to a maximum stake per spin or bet (for example, £4 or 10% of the Bonus amount, whichever is lower). Stakes above the permitted maximum while wagering a Bonus may lead to winnings being reduced or forfeited, acting reasonably and transparently.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- No stacking unless stated: Unless explicitly permitted, you may not combine multiple active Bonuses (for example, two deposit bonuses) at the same time. The Operator may limit you to one active Bonus per period or product.
- Abuse and breach: If the Operator reasonably believes that you are abusing a Bonus (for example, using strategies with minimal risk to clear wagering, colluding, or engaging in arbitrage), it may withhold, cancel, or withdraw the Bonus and associated winnings, close or restrict your Account, and report activity where required by law.
- Transparency: Full bonus rules, including examples of acceptable and unacceptable play, are provided in the bonus policy and promotion-specific terms. In case of inconsistency, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Payment methods: The Website supports one or more Payment Methods for deposits, which may include UK-issued debit cards, selected e-wallets, bank transfers, and other methods permitted under UK law and UKGC requirements. Available methods are shown in the cashier section of targat.bet.
- No credit cards: In line with UK regulations, credit cards (including credit card payments via e-wallets where the underlying source is a credit card) are not permitted for gambling transactions for Great Britain customers.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction or period are specified in the cashier. You may also set personal deposit limits and other safer gambling controls via your Account settings.
Withdrawals, Processing Times and Verification
- Withdrawal method: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same Payment Method used for deposit, in line with AML and card scheme rules. If this is not possible, an alternative method may be offered, subject to verification.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 1-3 working days), but actual receipt will depend on your Payment Method and bank. Delays may occur due to additional checks or third-party processing times.
- KYC and AML checks: The Operator may require further identification or source-of-funds documents before approving a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to cancellation of the withdrawal and/or Account suspension until checks are completed.
Fees, Currency and Refunds
- Fees: Any applicable fees for deposits, withdrawals, currency conversion, or inactivity will be disclosed in the cashier or relevant policy. Where fees apply, they will be reasonable and transparently communicated.
- Currency: The default Account currency for Great Britain Players is typically GBP (£). If other currencies are offered, exchange rates used will be those provided by the Operator's payment processors at the time of the transaction.
- Refunds: Deposits and Bets are generally non-refundable once placed. The Operator may, at its reasonable discretion and in line with Applicable Law and AML obligations, refund certain deposits or stakes (for example, in the case of a technical error or a void Bet). Bonuses are not refundable in cash.
Player Funds Protection
- Segregation of funds: Player funds are held in accounts separate from the Operator's operational funds, in line with the UK Gambling Commission's requirements. According to information provided, this arrangement corresponds to a "medium" level of player funds protection as defined by the UKGC.
- Insolvency risk: While segregation provides a level of protection, it does not guarantee that all funds would be available in the event of insolvency. Further information about categories of player-fund protection is available on the UK Gambling Commission's website.
- Accuracy of balances: You are responsible for regularly reviewing your transaction history and Account balance. If you identify any discrepancies, you must notify the Operator promptly so that investigations can be carried out.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Commitments
- Fair and lawful operation: The Operator undertakes to provide the services in accordance with its UK Gambling Commission licence, Applicable Law, and relevant technical and security standards. Games are designed and tested to operate fairly within their stated rules.
- Reasonable skill and care: The Operator will use reasonable skill and care to maintain the integrity, availability, and security of the Website and to process your transactions correctly, subject to planned maintenance and events beyond its reasonable control.
- Security: Communication between your browser and the Website's servers is protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher) with strong cipher suites. Additional security measures include optional 2FA, anti-fraud monitoring, and AML checks as described in these Terms.
Exclusions and Limits
- No liability for external failures: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from failures or interruptions of your internet connection, hardware, software, or any third-party telecommunications, hosting, or payment providers, provided the Operator has acted with reasonable care.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator will not be liable for any loss of profits, business, data, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services, even if foreseeable.
- Maximum liability: Subject to non-excludable statutory rights (including your rights under consumer law) and liability that cannot be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud), the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount of the Bet or stake related to that incident, or (ii) your net deposits on the Website over the six (6) months preceding the incident.
Regulatory History and Responsibility
- Regulatory oversight: According to the information provided, AG Communications Limited received a financial penalty from the UK Gambling Commission in November 2022 relating to anti-money laundering and social responsibility shortcomings. The Operator states that it has implemented enhanced controls and monitoring to address those issues and continues to be subject to ongoing regulatory oversight.
- Responsible gambling: The Operator provides tools and procedures designed to support safer gambling, including deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion (including GAMSTOP participation), and customer interaction where harm indicators are identified. However, you remain responsible for your own gambling decisions and for using the available tools.
- No guarantee of winnings: Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all of the money staked. The Operator does not guarantee that you will win, nor does it provide financial advice. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- Content and software: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, audio-visual content, and user interface design, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Brand usage: The Bet Target brand, including any logos and marks used on targat.bet, is used under licence within the Operator's corporate group. Reference to Bet Target relates solely to the Bet Target services on targat.bet for Great Britain players.

- Prohibited activities: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way any part of the Website or its content except as expressly permitted by law or with the Operator's prior written consent.
- Third-party content: Games and software provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of those suppliers. Your use of such content is subject to any additional terms notified to you and does not grant any ownership rights.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared in accordance with the Operator's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Privacy policy: Detailed information about how your personal data is processed, your rights, and how to exercise them is set out in the privacy policy made available on targat.bet. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

Changes to Terms
Right to Amend
- Updates: The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in Applicable Law, regulatory guidance, technical developments, or business practices. The updated Terms will be published on targat.bet with an indication of the effective date.
- Material changes: Where changes are material and affect your rights or obligations, the Operator will use reasonable endeavours to notify you in advance, for example via email, on-site notifications, or pop-up messages when you next log in.
Your Acceptance of Changes
- Continued use: If you continue to use the Website or place Bets after the effective date of any updated Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
- If you do not agree: If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the services and may request closure of your Account.
